TELE-2024, the 13th TELE International Conference of Young Researchers, was held online and offline in Chisinau, Republic of Moldova, on March 15-16, 2024. TELE-2024 was dedicated to creating a stage for exchanging the latest research results and sharing advanced research methods from the UN Decade 2021-2030 Healthy Ageing.
The Organizers of the International TELECONFERENCE of Young Researchers "Creation of the Society of Consciousness", 13th Edition, were the Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova, American-Romanian Academy of Arts and Sciences, Harvard University, Cambridge, MA, United States of America, COST CA19136 Association: International Interdisciplinary Network on Smart Environments Favorable to Healthy Age, Public Association "Parliament of Independence", Association "ASEM Seniors".
The Plenary and Ordinary Sections of the Conference were defied in alignment with the provisions of the UN Decade 2021-2030 – Healthy Ageing:

- Plenum II. Fighting ageism.
- Plenum III. Integrated care.
- Plenum IV. Long-term care.
- Section 1. Society of Consciousness: Long and Healthy Life
- Section 2. Creativity: Continuity of adult activities
- Section 3. Emotionality: Conditions associated with elderly
- Section 4. Healthy ageing – influencing factors
- Section 5. Decent ageing – IT solutions
There were 41 communications and 107 interventions, with the following statistics: Men: 51 people. Women: 66 people. Older adults: 60 people. Youth: 47 people. Republic of Moldova: 83 persons. Romania: 12 persons. Greece: 3 persons. USA: 4 persons. Spain: 3 persons. Georgia: 2 persons.
The results included the publication of results, communicated at TELE-2024 in a volume entitled "Society of Consciousness for Healthy Aging", in the editorial office of authors Dumitru TODOROI, Eduard HÎRBU, Valentina CAPAȚINA, Mihai PAIC with ISBN and DOI with open access. Moreover, in what concerns the implementation of the results, presented, discussed and evaluated, TELE-2024 sustainability and upscale plan was initiated in the Republic of Moldova with the support of Romania (European Union) and 6 Senior Associations in Cahul, Comrat, Orhei, Ungheni, Balți and Tiraspol to be implemented in the coming years in most localities of the Republic of Moldova.
The use of further research results, discussed and recommended by TELE-2023 were recently published in the Open Access Journal "ARA Journal of Sciences", no. 6, 2023, ARA Publishing House, California, USA.
