SHAFE at the "Smart Healthy Age-Friendly Basque Country" event

The SHAFE approach underlying NET4Age-Friendly was showcased at the "Smart Healthy Age-Friendly Basque Country" event on April 23 at the Science and Technology Park of Bizkaia, Zamudio.

The event was part of the European SIRENE initiative, which supports the development of social innovation ecosystems offering environmentally sustainable, community-based services to implement SHAFE (Smart Healthy Age-Friendly Environments) across Europe. This initiative aims to provide a solid investment framework, encouraging the widespread adoption of smart solutions for improved quality of life, blending housing with ICT.

The objective of the event was to exchange insights on social innovation and share initiatives related to SHAFE.
