NET4Age-Friendly COST Action is pleased to collaborate with the University of Rijeka - Faculty of Medicine to launch the CALL for the Training School "Value-Based Health Care: how to generate value in the Age-Friendly Environments". The training school will take place on 1-3 July 2024 Rijeka - Croatia.
The Training School wants to present the Value-Based Health Care Model and its potential use and deployment in the design and improvement of care pathways for the creation of citizen value.
How can we improve the health care outcomes in the current care service delivery design? The training will consider the M.E.Porter’s agenda (Harvard Business School) and each of its components, giving examples coming from several VBHC implementations both in health and social care domains.
