The mHealthINX solution will provide an entirely new user experience in coping with the sensitive but very important and urgent topic of Mental Health in occupational settings. The solution targets the support of older employees (50 ) and the prevention of stress-related diseases such as depression, anxiety, and cardiovascular diseases.

Overview: 
Combines VR, HRV measurement and a mobile app in order to learn to cope with stressful situation in occupational setting

Objectives: 
The mHealthINX solution will provide an entirely new user experience in coping with the sensitive but very important and urgent topic of Mental Health in occupational settings.The solution targets the support of older employees (50) and the prevention of stress-related diseases such as depression, anxiety, and cardiovascular diseases.mHealthINX will provide an innovative system with Mental Health assessments, and Mental Health promoting features (e.g. cognitive training, mindfulness, etc), helping to de-stigmatize Mental Health issues and fostering employees? wellbeing in an inobtrusive and enjoyable manner.Users will be able to use the mHealthINX solution during their working time but also in a more private context e.g., at home, during their leisure time.
