Our Vice-Chair Willeke Van Staalduinen represented NET4Age-Friendly in the IV ERNST Forum, organised by TheERNSTGroup - COST Action 19133 The European Researchers’ Network Working on Second Victims!
On October 3rd, the Chairs of 4 projects met online to discuss the dissemination and communication activities of their Actions, which are active in the field of health and wellbeing, at the Roundtable "Cross-fertilization between current EU projects by their chairs", under the moderation of Chairperson Prof. Paulo Sousa (Portugal):
- Willeke Van Staalduinen (Chair COST Action NET4Age-Friendly)
- Carola Orrego Villagrán (Chair SAFEST)
- Noemia Bessa (Chair COST Action IGCOORD)
- Prof. Pierre Saintigny (Chair INTERCEPTOR)
Willeke Van Staalduinen shared on behalf of NET4Age-Friendly the aims, organisation and expected outcomes of the Action. She zoomed in on the visual identity and branding, the acknowledgement of the Action as a Good Practice of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and further activities to establish a solid (political) network and future for NET4Age-Friendly and SHAFE.
All COST Actions share the same challenge. The Forum ended with a discussion among the participants on how policymakers could be invited and participate to enable actual change.
