On the 29 September, the Action Chair Carina Dantas was a speaker at the Panel Discussion on the plenary session Digital Health Trends & Tendencies, moderated by Maria do Céu Machado, with the participation of Member of the European Parliament Maria Manuel Leitão Marques, Anne Geubelle, Pedro Ramos and Bárbara Macedo to discuss:
- the European Health Data Space, literacy, privacy and personalized medicine
- the use of Artificial Intelligence
- the need to have person-centred health pathways
- promoting healthy lives - focusing on prevention and SHAFE
- the need to involve all actors in the discussion - and have serious commitments – though social innovation
- the urgency of bringing urban planning, housing and architecture into the health discussion
- the need to empower citizens for more intervention, more literacy, more power
