On March 17th, 2022, Vice-chair Willeke van Staalduinen presented the COST Action NET4Age-Friendly at the AWCDH Parallel event at the 66th session of the Commission on the Status of Women (CSW66). The Hungarian Women's Career Development Association (AWCDH) founded in 2003, aims to promote women’s employment while balancing the needs of family life. To this end it is essential that we foster a dialogue between the legislature, the government, the corporate and non-profit spheres, and higher education, in cooperation with international experts and NGOs on UN and EU level. Andrea Ferenczi of the AWCDH is Hungarian Management Committee member in the COST Action. During her presentation about the launch of the SHAFE concept, Willeke paid attention to the large role women play in the field of IT, housing, health and care and the implementation of inclusive environments.
