The Action Chair, Carina Dantas, participated as a speaker in the panel session of the ECTP Conference "The role of the built environment in promoting health and wellbeing", on the 2 December 2021.

The ECTP - The European Construction, built environment and energy efficient building Technology Platform – is a SHAFE core partner since the Thematic Network proposal in 2017 and has always been a solid supporter of our Action.

This 9th ECTP Conference, organised by MWCC and PTEC on Thursday & Friday 2-3 December 2021 as an hybrid event, gathered stakeholders from the whole construction value-chain and representatives of the European Commission sharing their experience and outlining how the EU Construction Industry is at the heart of the Built Environment green and digital transitions.

The panel where NET4Age-Friendly was featured was wisely moderated by Marta Fernandez Bertos (RMIT Europe), supported by Helianthe Kort and with great presentations from Silvia Urra Uriarte, Tom Holbrook, Ann Marie Aguilar, Susana Saiz and Marco Gola.

Carina presented NET4Age-Friendly, #SHAFE and the vision of a society co-built with citizens and all of the stakeholders - to develop environments that include, adapt and grow with people of all ages and needs!
