Objectives:
Buddy4All is a research project building a bridge between generations to strengthen the social inclusion of seniors and younger adults. Buddy4All provides a novel approach to support older and younger adults, through:- Cross-generational interaction between younger and older generations- Virtual Activities with location-based mixed-reality games and cognitive training for fun cross-generational activities and to enhance mental and physical health- Professional support: Access to professional support for sensitive issues
Initiatives:
Utilizing the buddy principle in order to exchange experiences between the older and the younger generation. Moreover, using mixed reality (MR) technology for this purpose
Shortcomings:
Ongoing project with no outcome publications so far

Relevance Description:
From the older perspective this project could contribute towards avoiding isolation, getting support from younger buddies (tech support/shopping/moving the lawn etc.) Also the UCD process including the MR app is relevant for UX WP1
Quality:

Opinion:
From my perspective interesting approach at least for WP1
