NET4Age-Friendly member Vincenzo De Luca was granted a Virtual Mobility under the topic: Bridging innovation to health service provision.

Under this grant he provided examples of innovative approaches to health and care services that may facilitate the implementation of integrated care, while highlighting bottlenecks and enabling factors that have worked in the field and may be useful to others.

The good practices collected during the meetings of the NET4Age-Friendly Action have been included in a book chapter submitted to an Open Access book, titled "Intergenerational Relations - Contemporary Theories, Studies, and Policies". This Grant was developed in collaboration with Hannah Marston, Carlo Fabian, Andrzej Klimczuk, Leonardo Angelini, Maddalena Illario, João Apóstolo, Rosa Silva, Joana Bernardo, Filipa Ventura, Erminia Attaianese, Nilufer Yaylagul, Lorenzo Mercurio, Willeke Van Staalduinen, Carina Dantas.

Its outcomes highly contribute to one of the main goals of the Action, which is to publish a collection of former and ongoing research/practices on digital solutions and large-scale implementation for SHAFE enabling, in the form of a searchable knowledge based on the Action website.
